Architected a multi-tenant SaaS enabling agencies to manage sales pipeline, invoicing, contracts, time tracking, and projects from a single workspace
Implemented role-based access control and multi-workspace architecture supporting isolated client portals per agency
Built real-time sales pipeline with deal tracking and stage automation, reducing manual pipeline updates for agency owners
Integrated AWS SES for transactional email, Google Calendar OAuth for two-way sync, and Cloudflare R2 for scalable file storage
Designed the invoicing module to let agencies bill their own clients directly, decoupled from the core subscription billing system
